FESTA WEATHER FORECAST: The weather this coming weekend is expected to be mostly clear to partly cloudy with moderate to strong northwesterly winds with lows of 16C to 17C and highs of 23C to 24C. The best place to watch fireworks are to the northwest of where they will be let off.
