We might get to experience a historic event on New Year’s Eve as upper level temperatures are expected to be EVEN COLDER than the historic event that occurred on 31st January 1999. For the record, on that day in Malta and Gozo the highest temperature was 8.5°C while the lowest temperature was 4.6°C and it felt BITTERLY COLD!
